This was the debut E.P. from Cincinnati, based experimental doom/noise act Mephitic Husk. It was Released In December of 2009 by Asiluum.

"The album was actually a demo, My computer crashed but there was still a copy of the Demo on cd."
It was still sent to Justin who recorded vocals, and guest Gary Brents recorded additional guitars.

"...sticks pretty close to the sludge/post-metal genre...adds influences from other genres to create an intriguing and absorbing sound."
